Dr. Matthew Olmes grew up in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania and graduated from Blue Mountain School District in 2005, where he ran track and was a state qualifier in cross-country. Dr. Olmes completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 with a BS degree in Biology. In 2013, he graduated from Temple Dental School in Philadelphia, and received the American College of Prosthodontists, Pennsylvania Prosthodontist Association Award. Before bringing his talents as an associate dentist to the Milton office of Susquehanna Valley Dental Health Associates in June 2014, Dr. Olmes worked in Philadelphia for a year while his wife finished her medical training at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Matt is an active member in the ADA, PDA, AGD, and the Central Susquehanna Valley Dental Association. Dr. Matt believes each patient deserves excellent high-level treatment and complete respect. He strives to give every patient the best possible care in a calm relaxing manner. Dr. Matt educates his patients on the conditions that affect them and treats each patient individually for their needs and dental desires.
Dr. Matt enjoys being outdoors; whether it is jogging, mountain or road biking, surfing, fishing, hiking and camping, sitting quietly in a tree stand or just mowing the lawn. He also finds time for his hobbies which include playing the drums and guitar, home improvement projects, landscaping and making surfboards.
